foolklegs est une compilation de mashups uniquement créés à base de musiques folkloriques du monde entier. ce projet mis en place par funky belek et krazyben a vu le jour en 2007 avec son volume 1. puis en 2009 est sorti le volume 2. et c’est aujourd’hui que sort le troisième volume, tout beau, tout chaud. la crème de la crème des bootleggers francais et internationaux est représentée sur ces albums, de zebra à fissunix en passant par comar, krazyben, funky belek, amoraboy, gaston, overdub, grandpamini, totom, sebwax, the bootleague, overdub, dra’man, g3rst, piouaille, elocnep, le clown, fred doest, moi-même (avec mon "tom’s oriental diner" sur le volume 2) et j’en passe… ces 3 compilations sont biensur gratuites et téléchargeables sur les liens suivants.

my french buddy and masher mighty mike made two very nice mashup compilations called "mild things". chill-out mashups, slow sounds, really good ones. check those two jewels and kudos to mighty mike for his great job. on volume 2 you will also find a guest track from fissunix, another great french mashup artist.
dj gaston’s new mash project is out. it is hot, sexy, funky, fresh and called SOUL FUNK BOOT. 13 soul and funk mashups, a real mashup compilation of popular tunes blended with a soul / funk instrumental. like a "blacksploitation" movie soundtrack, with tracks produced by fissunix, dj gaston, comar, yold, phatbastard, grandpamini and myself. perhaps one of the best mashup compilation this year. any comments are welcome. let’s enjoy soulful music with a touch of real funky grooves!
